"القواعد" هي تعليمات رسمية تخبرك بما يجب أو لا يجب فعله في لعبة أو منظمة أو موقف معين. إنها توجه السلوك وتساعد على الحفاظ على النظام.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

غالبًا ما تُستخدم 'rules' بالجمع، خاصة في الألعاب والمنظمات ('house rules'، 'school rules'). 'Regulations' أكثر رسمية وقانونية ولا تخلطها مع 'laws' (القوانين). تراكيب شائعة: 'follow/break the rules'، 'set the rules'، 'rules and regulations'.
