何かが起きたときや誰かから依頼があったときに、素早く反応したり、関心を示したりすること。人やサービス、テクノロジーにも使われます。

ビジネスやフォーマルな場面、またはウェブサイトやサービスの速い対応に使われます。「responsive design」は技術用語です。「responsible」とは意味が違いますので注意。
