Sentir o mostrar un fuerte rechazo o asco hacia algo o alguien. También puede significar ser alejado física o emocionalmente.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa tanto en contextos formales como informales. Suele ir con 'by' para indicar qué causa el sentimiento ('repulsed by'). No confundir con 'repelled', que es menos emocional. También puede significar rechazo físico o emocional.
