Definition
Haz de luz, calor o energía, generalmente del sol u otras fuentes. A veces también se refiere a los animales 'rayas' que viven en el mar.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa sobre todo para hablar de luz: 'rayos de sol', 'rayos X'. En plural, suele referirse a la luz o energía, no al animal ('raya' para el pez). No confundir con 'raise' (levantar).
