비를 막기 위해 방수 소재로 만든 겉옷입니다.

‘비옷’이나 ‘우비’는 방수가 되는 겉옷을 가리키며, 보통 모자가 달려 있습니다. ‘비옷을 입다’, ‘노란 비옷’과 같이 쓰입니다. 우산이나 장화에는 쓰지 않습니다.
