Definition

容器から液体をそそぐこと、または雨が激しく降ることを表します。飲み物を注ぐや大雨が降る状況で使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

液体にだけ使い、固体には使いません。「pour a drink」や「pour with rain」のような表現で使われます。
