幸せや満足、楽しさを感じさせてくれるものや体験。楽しめることを指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「simple pleasures」は「ささやかな喜び」、「guilty pleasures」は「ちょっと後ろめたい楽しみ」という意味で使います。「leisure（余暇）」とは違います。複数の楽しいことを話すときによく複数形で使います。
