殺人者（さつじんしゃ）とは、法律に違反して意図的に人を殺した人を指します。通常、故意の殺人を犯した人に使われ、事故などのケースには使いません。

重い意味を持つ単語で、意図的な殺人の場合のみ使います。『キラー』や『殺人鬼』とは区別してください。『有罪判決を受けた殺人者』『連続殺人者』などの表現でも使います。
