الجزء الأوسط من شيء ما، أو وضعية أن تكون محاطًا بشيء ما. غالبًا ما يُستخدم لوصف التواجد في مركز حدث أو مجموعة.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

'Midst' كلمة رسمية وتستخدم عادة في الإنجليزية المكتوبة أو الأدبية. العبارات الشائعة: 'in the midst of' لتأكيد الدراما أو الأهمية، مثل 'in the midst of chaos'. لا تخلط بينها وبين كلمة 'middle' الأبسط والأقل رسمية.
