주로 회사와 같은 업무 환경에서 사용됩니다. 'send memos', 'internal memos', 'read the memos'와 같은 표현에 자주 쓰입니다. 리포트보다 덜 공식적이고, 일상에서는 거의 사용되지 않습니다.
