가장 중요하거나 중심이 되는 사람, 사물, 부분을 뜻합니다. 무언가 중에서 가장 중요한 것을 나타낼 때 씁니다.

명사 앞에서 'main reason', 'main character'처럼 많이 쓰입니다. 'primary'(더 격식적)나 'major'(중요하지만 가장은 아님)와 구분해서 사용하세요.
