郵便やメールで何かを送ったことを表します。また、文学的に金属の鎧を着ている状態も指します。

「郵送した」はアメリカ英語でよく使われ、イギリス英語では「posted」が一般的です。メールの場合は「emailed」が分かりやすい表現です。鎧の意味は古語・文学的です。
