韓国人とは、韓国出身または韓国国籍を持つ人々のことです。一般的に南北どちらの韓国人も含みます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「韓国人」は通常、南韓を指しますが、必要なら北韓も明記します。形容詞としては使用しません（その場合は「韓国の」を使います）。
