주로 아이들이나 학생에게 긍정적 혹은 중립적으로 쓰이며, 너무 사적인 질문을 할 때는 부정적으로 느껴질 수 있다. 'inquisitive mind', 'inquisitive child'와 같이 많이 쓰임.
