Definition

「印象」とは、人や物について最初に感じる気持ちや考えです。また、何かを押しつけたことでできる跡や、誰かの声や動きをまねることも指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

最も一般的な使い方は意見や感情を表す場合（例：'first impression', 'good impression'）。また、物理的な跡や物まねにも使います。「expression」と混同しないようにしましょう。
