극도의 두려움이나 충격, 또는 혐오감을 의미함. 또한 사람을 무섭게 하기 위해 만든 장르(영화/책 등)의 이름으로도 쓰임.

Usage Notes (Korean)

'to my horror', 'in horror'처럼 자주 쓰임. '공포 영화', '공포 소설' 등의 장르명으로도 사용. 'horrible'은 형용사이니 혼동하지 말 것.
