“hopes” in Bengali
Definition
ভবিষ্যতে ভালো কিছু ঘটবে বলে মন থেকে আশা কিংবা কিছু পাওয়ার আকাঙ্ক্ষা।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
'হাই হোপস', 'ভবিষ্যতের জন্য আশা', 'আশা হারানো' এই ধরনের বাক্যে সাধারণত বহুবচন রূপ ব্যবহার হয়। 'hopes' কে ক্রিয়া (she hopes) অর্থে ব্যবহার করবেন না।
