'Hide' ক্রিয়ার অতীত সময়; কাউকে বা কিছু লুকানোর কাজ শেষ হয়ে গেছে বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'Hid' সাধারণত কোনো বস্তু যেমন 'key', 'money', 'truth' ইত্যাদির জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। স্বরনে যেমন: 'hide from', 'hide behind', 'hide under' সংযোগে ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে। 'Hidden' হল past participle।

Examples

The cat hid behind the sofa.

বিড়ালটি সোফার পিছনে **লুকিয়েছিল**।

She hid her face with her hands.

সে তার মুখ তার হাত দিয়ে **লুকিয়েছিল**।

He hid the truth from his family for years.
