মূলত বিজ্ঞান, চিকিৎসা, বা প্রযুক্তিগত প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন 'genetically modified', 'genetically inherited', এবং 'genetically identical' প্রভৃতি অভিব্যক্তিতে সাধারণ। দৈনন্দিন কথোপকথনে সাধারণত ব্যবহৃত হয় না।
