Definition

কোনো বিষয়, তথ্য বা বস্তু যা নতুনভাবে জানা গেছে। গবেষণা বা তদন্ত শেষে যে সিদ্ধান্ত বা ফলাফল পাওয়া যায়, সেটাকেও বোঝাতে পারে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

বিশেষ করে একাধিক ফলাফল বোঝাতে 'findings' বহুবচনে ব্যবহৃত হয়, যেমন 'the findings show...'. দৈনন্দিন কথায় বস্তু বা আকস্মিক কিছু নিয়ে 'discovery' বেশি ব্যবহার হয়।
