'Faint' puede describir algo débil, suave o difícil de percibir, como un sonido, un olor o una marca. También puede significar perder el conocimiento por un momento.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Como adjetivo, suele aparecer con 'sound', 'smell', 'hope', 'line' y 'heartbeat'. Como verbo, es común la estructura 'faint from/after' algo, aunque en el habla diaria muchas veces se dice 'pass out'. No lo confundas con 'feint', que significa un movimiento engañoso.
