'Dries' solo se usa con he/she/it. Es común hablar de cabello, pintura, ropa o tierra. Puede usarse para procesos naturales o artificiales: 'dries in the sun', 'dries quickly'. No se usa para personas: se dice 'his shirt dries' y no 'he dries'.
