「does not」の短縮形で、三人称単数（he, she, it）の現在形で否定文を作る時に使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

he, she, it など三人称単数のときにのみ使います。「don't」と混同しないよう注意。「doesn't」の後には動詞の原形を使います。
