장애는 몸, 마음, 또는 시스템의 기능에 문제를 일으켜 증상이나 어려움을 초래하는 질환 또는 상태입니다.

주로 의료나 심리학 용어로 사용됨: '정신 장애', '섭식 장애', '수면 장애' 등. 여러 개를 말할 때는 복수형을, 하나만 말할 땐 단수로 씁니다. 일상적인 대화에서는 잘 사용되지 않습니다.
