「デベロッパー（開発者）」の略語で、主にソフトウェア開発やプログラミングをする人を指すカジュアルな言い方です。

とてもカジュアルな表現で、IT業界やプログラマー同士の会話などで使われます。正式な書類や場面では使用しません。
