コーディネーターは、プロジェクトやイベント、チームで、人や作業をまとめて全体がうまく進むようにする人です。

ビジネスやカジュアルな場面どちらでも使えます。「プロジェクトコーディネーター」「イベントコーディネーター」などが一般的。男女問わず使えますが、「マネージャー」とは役割が異なります。
