国の憲法、つまり基本的な法律や原則に関するもの。また、憲法で許可されている、またはまれに体質（健康）に関することも指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主にフォーマルや法律の文脈で使われる：'constitutional rights'、'constitutional amendment'、'constitutional crisis'。医学的な「constitutional」は今はほとんど使われません。「constitution（憲法）」とは区別してください。
