何かを構成したり、何かと見なされることを表します。法律や公式な文章でよく使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に法律や学術文章で使われる非常にフォーマルな表現。「a crime」「a violation」などの言葉とよく組み合わされます。日常会話で使うことはほとんどありません。
