コンガは、キューバ発祥の背が高く細長い太鼓、またはパーティーなどで列になって踊る元気なダンスです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「コンガ」は楽器（太鼓）とダンスの両方を指します。パーティーなどで「do the conga」と言えば、みんなで列を作って踊ることです。「コンゴ」と国名は別です。
