하늘에 구름이 가득 차서 맑거나 맑지 않을 때. '흐린 물'처럼 투명하지 않은 것도 설명할 때 쓴다.

Usage Notes (Korean)

'흐린'은 주로 날씨 표현에 쓰이며, 투명하지 않은 물이나 유리를 설명할 때도 쓴다. 기분에는 사용하지 않는다. 일기예보에서 자주 들을 수 있다.
