"Chilly" का मतलब है ऐसा ठंडा मौसम जो बहुत ज्यादा नहीं, लेकिन हल्का सा असुविधाजनक लगे।

आमतौर पर मौसम या कमरे की हल्की ठंडक के लिए, 'cold' से कम ठंडा। कभी-कभी व्यवहार की ठंडक के लिए भी ('a chilly reception')। आम प्रयोग: 'chilly morning', 'a bit chilly'।
