‘child’의 복수형으로, 아직 성인이 아닌 여러 명의 어린 사람을 의미합니다.

Usage Notes (Korean)

사람에게만 사용하며, 단수는 'child'입니다. 'children'은 항상 복수로 쓰이고 끝에 's'가 붙지 않습니다. 동물에는 사용하지 않습니다.
