एक गोलाकार सब्जी जिसमें हरे या बैंगनी रंग की मोटी पत्तियाँ तंग होकर उगती हैं, जिसे सलाद, सूप और पकी हुई चीज़ों में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।

'पत्ता गोभी' को कई बार 'गोभी' भी कहते हैं, पर 'गोभी' अकेले फूलगोभी (cauliflower) के लिए भी इस्तेमाल होता है। सलाद और सब्ज़ी दोनों में प्रचलित है।
