三つ編みは、髪や糸など三本以上の束を交互に編んで作るヘアスタイルや飾りです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に髪に使いますが、糸や紐にも使われます。アメリカ英語では“braid”、イギリス英語では“plait”が一般的です。
