Definition

絆は人と人、または集団同士の信頼や共通の経験から築かれる強い関係のことです。また、債券は利子をつけて返済される投資用証書も意味します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「family bonds」や「close bonds」は主に人のつながりや感情的な関係を指します。金融での「債券」は投資商品です。「tie」はより広い意味です。「bond」（動詞）はここには該当しません。
