二つ（またはそれ以上）の物や人の中間や関係を表すときに使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

基本的に2つのものに使いますが、明確に一対一の関係があれば複数にも使います。「between you and me」など決まった表現もあります。漠然とした集団には「among」を使います。

Examples

The ball is between the two chairs.

ボールは2つの椅子の**間**にあります。

You can choose between tea and coffee.

お茶とコーヒーの**間**から選べます。

The shop is open between 9 and 6.

お店は9時から6時の**間**開いています。

Keep this between us, okay?
