Definition

যারা কোনো ধর্ম, মতবাদ বা ধারণায় দৃঢ়ভাবে বিশ্বাস রাখে বা সমর্থন করে, তাদের বলা হয় 'বিশ্বাসী'। সাধারণত ধর্মীয় প্রেক্ষাপটে ব্যবহৃত হয়, তবে কোনো আন্দোলন বা আইডিয়াতেও প্রযোজ্য।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

ধর্মীয় প্রসঙ্গে বেশি ব্যবহৃত, তবে 'সমর্থক' মানে কোনো আন্দোলনেও চলতে পারে। সাধারণ পছন্দ বোঝাতে নয়।
