バーゲンは、通常より安く買えてお得に感じるもの、または互いに条件を受け入れて成立する取り決めのことです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

買い物の時「お買い得」としてよく使います。「strike a bargain」「part of the bargain」などの表現もあります。「haggle（値切る）」とは違います。
