赤ちゃんたちは生まれてから約1歳までのとても幼い子どもたちのことです。誰かの幼い子どもを愛情を込めて呼ぶ時にも使われます。

「babies」は「baby」の複数形です。「新生児」や「ベビー服」などの表現でよく使われます。大きな子どもには通常使いませんが、親しみや冗談で使うことがあります。
