유명인이 팬을 위해 적어주는 사인을 의미합니다. 본인이 직접 쓴 글 전체를 의미하기도 하지만, 사인이라는 의미가 더욱 널리 쓰입니다.

유명인이나 연예인이 사인을 해줄 때 사용합니다. 일반적인 서명하고는 다르며, '사인 받다', '사인 해주다', '사인 모으다' 등으로 사용됩니다.
