「議論」は人々の間の激しい口論や、ある考えを支持・反対するための根拠を指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「have arguments with」は口論をする、「strong arguments for」は説得力のある主張を指します。「quarrels」は感情的な喧嘩なので区別しましょう。
