マナーが悪く、うるさくて礼儀知らずな人々を指す言葉です。もともと『ガリバー旅行記』の登場人物から来ています。

くだけた言い方で侮蔑的な意味があり、集団への表現が一般的。「Yahoo!」の企業名とは無関係です。
