用强力或极大努力从某人或某事夺走某物，通常是在对抗的情况下。有时也表示在困难情况下获得控制权。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))
较正式且带文学色彩，日常口语中少用。常见搭配有“wrest control”，“wrest power”，“wrest the title”。不要和“wrestle”（摔跤，搏斗）混淆。
