とても小さな声で話す人たち。または、動物や人と優しくコミュニケーションをとったり、落ち着かせる特別な能力を持つ人たちのこと。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
「○○ウィスパラー」の形で、特別な能力を持つ人（例：ホースウィスパラー）が多く使われます。普段は単に小声で話す人を指します。
