‘부하’는 약간 무시하거나 깔보는 뉘앙스가 있습니다. 좀 더 중립적으로 말하려면 ‘직원’, ‘보조’ 등의 표현을 사용하세요. 주로 회사나 조직 내에서 씁니다.
