Agregar algo extra, especialmente como toque final. También puede significar llenar un vaso hasta arriba.

Muy usado en conversaciones informales, especialmente después de listar cosas inesperadas o negativas: 'para colmo, ...'. En bares y restaurantes, puede usarse cuando se llena una bebida otra vez.
