Definition

場所や物をきちんと整えて、散らかったものを元の場所に戻したり片付けること。

主に家や部屋、デスクを整理するときに使うカジュアルな表現です。「clean」は汚れを取る意味ですが、「tidy up」は物の整理整頓に重点があります。

Please tidy up your toys before dinner.
