Definition

胃の中の食べ物や飲み物を口から強く出すこと。たいてい体調が悪い時に使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

カジュアルな会話で使う言葉です。内容물이 나오지ない時（空えずき）には使いません。'vomit'より口語的です。「吐きそう」は"feel like I'm going to throw up"の意味です。
