Definition

嘔吐；將胃中的食物或液體從口中吐出。有時也用作比喻，表示突然產生某事，但多數情況下指生病時嘔吐。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

非正式口語表達，意思是嘔吐，比“vomit”更口語。常見於“feel like I'm going to throw up”等用法。通常不指乾嘔（沒有內容）。偶爾作比喻用。
