Expresión formal/legal, utilizada principalmente en contextos judiciales o investigaciones oficiales. Indica que el testimonio perjudica a la persona. No confundir con 'testify for' ('testificar a favor de'). Se usa 'rehusó testificar en contra de', 'lo llamaron a testificar en contra de'.
